Managing Partner

Leslie Glaze is a Managing Partner of the Clover Company. She moved to Tucson in 2011, following an academic career as speech-language pathologist at the University of Minnesota, with special expertise in voice disorders, cleft palate, and head & neck cancer.  She received her Master’s degree from the University of Kansas and her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She has served on Boards of the Minnesota Speech-Language-Hearing Association, ASHA’s Special Interest Division 3, Pay It Forward Fund (Minnesota), Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona, University of Arizona Hillel Foundation, and Step Up to Justice.

Shelly Silverman is a Managing Partner of the Clover Company.  Shelly moved to Tucson in 2005 after living most of her life in Kansas City.  She received a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas and is a licensed realtor in the State of Arizona.  She is a former co-owner of a small retail grocery store chain.  Shelly is a former Board Chair of both the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona and The Gregory School, and continues to serve on those Boards.  She has also been a Board member of the Jewish Community Foundation of Southern Arizona, the Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy, and the Jewish Federations of North America.

Managing Partner

Jody Gross is a Managing Partner of the Clover Company.  She moved to Tucson part time in 2015 and now splits her time between Tucson and Park City, Utah.  She received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin.  She is currently a Board member of the Park City Community Foundation and co-chaired the Park City Women’s Giving Fund in its inaugural year.  She has served on Boards of the United Jewish Federation of Utah, the National Board of Jewish Federation of North America, the Junior League of Fort Lauderdale, Temple Dor Dorim (Weston, Florida), the Nova Southeastern University Library, National Council of Jewish Women, and Child and Family Resources.

Scott Maizlish is a Managing Partner of the Clover Company. Scott received his Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of South Florida.  He is a residential realtor with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City, Utah and serves on the global Sotheby’s Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents.  Scott has received top producer awards and achieved the Sotheby’s Global Advisor: China Certification. He has served on the Boards of the Park City Education Foundation and Temple Har Shalom and is a founding member of the Men of McPolin School. He is an enthusiastic supporter of Mountain Town Music, Park City Film Series, Peace House, Most Vulnerable Fund, and other philanthropic programs.
